Paul Bernard Becomes Lighthouse Louisiana CFO

With 30 years of experience in a range of industries, Paul Bernard joined Lighthouse Louisiana November 27 to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer. He first came to the Lighthouse in June as a contract employee with Robert Half. The longer he worked for Lighthouse the more he envisioned a long-term career with the organization.

“With my manufacturing experience I understood what Lighthouse was doing from a manufacturing standpoint. Once I got to know the people here, I wanted to be a part of the organization,” said Paul. “I love the vision Dee has for Lighthouse and how she is leading everyone to a brighter future. It’s a very positive environment.”

Paul received a B.A. in Marketing from the University of New Orleans in 1995. He earned his knowledge in and aptitude for finance through his many years as a V.P. Controller and through contract work in various industries. Born and raised in Metairie, La., Paul is a huge Saints and LSU fan, a movie buff, and an exercise enthusiast. He has three grown children.
