Magnifiers & More - the Visual Aids Store: Product Return Policy
If, for any reason, a product that you have purchased through our visual aids store does not meet your satisfaction, please feel free to return the item within 30 days of the purchase date. Before returning any item, please call 1 (888) 792 – 0163 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and include this number when you return the item.
Refunds and credits will be issued for the value of the merchandise only, not for any shipping and handling fees. To receive a full refund, the products returned must be in resalable condition, in its original box and with all instructions, warranties, and accessories.
Special orders cannot be returned. Because of health department regulations, personal items that have been used on or in the body cannot be returned, such as thermometers, eye-care products, or manicuring aids. Computer software and video magnifiers may not be returned.
Additional Information
The Lighthouse for the Blind New Orleans contains links to web sites of other companies. This policy does not apply to the privacy practices of those sites. We strongly suggest that you visit the privacy section of those web sites to learn about the collection and use of your personal information.
