What is the Work Readiness Training Program?
The primary focus of the work readiness program is to train individuals and provide them with the necessary skills to obtain and maintain long-term employment. The course utilizes lectures, interactive role-play, one-on-one support meetings, guest speakers, field trips, hands on activities and multimedia presentations.

* Work Readiness technology services include access to basic computer literacy and business applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, the Internet/e-mail), career exploration, resume' preparation, and job search.
Who pays for work readiness training?
The Pathways to Success Work Readiness Training Program is covered by State and Federal funds through Louisiana Rehabilitation Services. There is no cost to qualified students.
