Lighthouse Competitive Placement

The Lighthouse performs vocational assessments to determine each client's skills, strengths, and interests. Based on the information obtained in the assessment, a vocational goal is determined for competitive placement purposes.

The goal of Workforce Development is to assist individuals to become successfully employed. We achieve this goal by working closely with the employers to meet their needs through referring individuals who are well suited to particular positions.
